Where does Fly Vertical ship?

“What are your shipping methods?
We offer flat rate shipping for economy domestic shipping., using UPS Surepost/UPS mail and Fed Ex. Both UPS SurePost and Mail innovations are handled by UPS and delivered by the postal service. Additional shippers used for international shipping are FedEx, DHL, and other international shippers

Ground shipping domestically within the continental U.S. has various rates according to product. The shipping rates begin at $3.99 and vary according to weight, dimensions and quantities. When available, we try to use live rates (real-time shipping rates) that are, displayed during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the type(s) of product(s) being ordered. Orders placed over the weekend do not start being processed until the next business day. Ground shipping is typically in the 4-11 day range depending on location, but 4 business days is the average shipping time once an order has been fulfilled.

Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground. Standard Ground is delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations; however, orders will often arrive even sooner than that, usually within 4 days.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items based on product selections, sizing charts, color choices, quantities or other customer discretionary actions. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Yes. When you set up your Fly Vertical account, please enter the separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.

You may have ordered a number of items that don’t fit into one box, or their fulfillment will be coming from different locations. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages.

We will not give passwords out over the phone or by email.

Your address book, located in the shipping addresses and contacts page, is your personal storage space. We do not use the names of the people in your address book to send email promotions or catalogs by mail.

Any personal information you provide to us on the Sites when you register or update an account, participate in a contest, sweepstakes, promotion or survey, join our mailing list, shop online, or request information (i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems.

Fly Vertical TM is concerned about the privacy of young children and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child under 13 (or such higher age as required by applicable law). Fly Vertical TM does not sell products for purchase by children, and all children’s products we sell are for purchase by adults only.
